In the fourth quarter 2024 are approved 317 building permits issued for new buildings, from 303 building permits issued approved in the fourth quarter 2023, increasing this indicator by 4.6 % (tab.2). Building permits issued total area for new buildings in the fourth quarter 2024 is 482,854 m2, from 592,660 m2 approved in the fourth quarter 2023, decreasing this indicator by 18.5 % (tab.3).
