The annual rate measured by Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices in September 2025 is +2.3 %. The most increase of the prices it was noticed in the “Recreation and culture” group by 8.8 %, followed by “Hotels, coffee-houses and restaurants” by 4.0 %, “Alcoholic beverages and tobacco” by 3.5 %,  “Furniture, household goods and maintenance” and “Education services” by 2.7 % each of them, “Miscellaneous goods and services” by 1.8 %, “Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels” by 1.6 %, “Food and non-alcoholic beverages” and  “Health” by 1.1 % each of them, “Communication” by 1.0 %, “Clothing and footwear” by 0.9 %. Meanwhile, prices of group “Transport” decreased by 0.7 %.
