The annual rate measured by Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices in December 2020 is 1.5 %. The most increase of the prices it was noticed in the “Food and nonalcoholic beverages” group by 2.9 %, followed by “Transport” by 2.8 %, “Alcoholic beverages and tobacco” by 2.2 %, “Miscellaneous goods and services” by 0.9, “Furniture household goods and maintenance” by 0.6 %, “Communication” by 0.5 %, “Recreation and culture” and “Hotels, coffee-houses and restaurants” by 0.4 % each of them, and “Health” by 0.1 %. Meanwhile, prices of “Clothing and footwear” group were decrease by 0.7 % followed by “Education service” group by 0.1 %.
In December 2020, the monthly rate measured by Harmonized Index of Consumer Price is 0.4 %. This is influenced mostly by increase of prices in “Food and non-alcoholic beverages” by 0.8 %, followed by “Alcoholic beverages and tobacco” and “Transport” by 0.3 % each of them, “Clothing and footwear”, “Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels” and “Health” by 0.1 % each of them. Meanwhile, prices of “Recreation and culture” group decreased by 0.3 %, followed by “Communication” and “Miscellaneous
goods and services” by 0.1 % each of them.
Annual average growth rate of Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices in 2020 is 2.2 %.
