The annual rate measured by Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices in January 2019 is 2.4 %. The most increase of the prices it was noticed in the “Food and non-alcoholic beverages” group by 5.4 %, followed by “Hotels, coffee-houses and restaurants” group by 2.9 %, “Recreation and culture” by 1.8 %, “Alcoholic beverages and tobacco” by 1.1 %,“Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels” by 0.5 %, “Different goods and services” by 0.4 %, etc.  Meanwhile, prices of “Transport” group are decreased by 0.6 %, followed by “Clothing and footwear” and “Health” by 0.5 % each of them.
