Harmonised Index of Consumer Price, March 2018
The annual rate measured by Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) in March 2018 is 1.4 %. The most increase of the prices it was notice in the “Food and non-alcoholic beverages” group by 2.5 %, followed by “Transport” by 2.0 %, “Alcoholic beverages and tobacco”, “Clothing and footwear” and “Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels” by 1.6 % each of them, “Recreation and culture” by 1.2 %, “”Education service” and “Communication” by 0.9 % each of them, etc. Prices of “Hotels, coffee-houses and restaurants” group are decreased by 0.5 %.
In March 2018, the monthly rate measured by Harmonised Index of Consumer Price is 0.3 %. This is influenced mostly by increase of prices in “Food and non-alcoholic beverages” group by 1.0 % followed by “Alcoholic beverages and tobacco” and “Recreation and culture” by 0.6 % each of them, etc.
Prices of “Clothing and footwear” group are decreased by 0.9 %, followed by “Hotels, coffee-houses and restaurants” by 0.4 %, “Furniture household goods and maintenance” by 0.2 %, etc.
