In the fourth quarter 2019, Construction Cost Index for Dwellings reached 104,1 and the annual change has decreased by 0.1 %.
Compared with the fourth quarter of 2018, “Material expenditures” and “Other expenditures” groups decreased respectively by 0.9 %. On the other side “Machinery expenditures” and “Salary expenditures” groups increased by 0.8 % and 0.5 % followed by “Transport expenditures” group by 0.3 %.
