In the second quarter 2019, Construction Cost Index for Dwellings reached 103.8 and the annual change for this quarter is 0.3 %. Compared with the second quarter of 2018, “Other expenditures” group increased by 1.4 % followed by “Machinery expenditures” and “Salary expenditures” groups respectively by 0.9 % and 0.8 %. On the other side the “Transport expenditures” and “Material expenditures” groups decreased respectively by 0.6 % and 0.3 %.
