In the first quarter 2019, Construction Cost Index for Dwellings reached 103.8 and the annual change for this quarter is 0.4 %.
Compared with the first quarter of 2018, “Other expenditures” group increased by 1.6 % followed by “Salary expenditures” and “Machinery expenditures” groups respectively by 1.3 % and 1.0 %. On the other side the “Transport expenditures” and “Material expenditures” groups decreased respectively by 1.0 % and 0.4 %.
