On May 2018 the value of exports was 30 billion lekë, increasing by 22.4 % compared with the same period of previous year and by 12.7 % compared with May 2018. The value of imports was 57 billion lekë, increasing by 1.9 % compared with the same period of previous year  and by 7.9 % compared with May 2018. This month the trade deficit is 27 billion lekë signing an decrease by 15.3 % compared with May 2017 and increase by 3.0 % compared with May 2018.
