On August 2016 the value of exports was 16 billion lekë, increasing by 6.8 % compared with August 2015 and decreasing by 27.1 % compared with July 2016. The value of imports in August 2016, was 46 billion lekë, increasing by 14.3 % compared with August 2015 and decreasing 8.4 % compared with July 2016. This month the trade deficit is 29 billion lekë signing an increase by 19.0 % compared with August 2015 and 6.9 % compared with July 2016.
