Am I obligated to answer?
Yes, according to Law 140/2020 "On the Population and Housing Census", you are obliged to answer. All adults living in the territory of the Republic of Albania are obliged to provide the information requested in the Census questionnaires in a complete, accurate and reliable manner. Failure to participate is against the law.
