On 26–27 August 2025, INSTAT, in cooperation with the SALSTAT project and international IT/GIS experts, hosted an intermediate seminar in Tirana dedicated to the second IT mandate for ASRBD.

The seminar will bring together experts from INSTAT, SALSTAT, and partner institutions to discuss:
🔹 Progress on the IT/GIS infrastructure for ASRBD implementation
🔹 Data transformation, quality control, and integration with the National Address System
🔹 Development of internal dashboards, fieldwork modules, and mobile applications
🔹 Next steps for the delivery of a fully functional ASRBD by the end of 2025

With the participation of national experts, international IT specialists, and the support of the Swiss Embassy in Albania, the seminar aims to strengthen the foundations of modern, reliable, and interoperable statistical registers in Albania.
