INSTAT publishes statistical data on culture, focusing primarily on the population's cultural participation and the economic dimension of the cultural sector. The indicators presented include participation in cultural activities, cultural heritage, as well as aspects related to education and employment in the field of culture. In addition, dedicated sections cover the use of the Internet for cultural purposes, the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) for cultural goods and services, and public expenditure on recreation, culture and religious affairs.
