INSTAT is organizing the training of the staff that will be involved in the process of collecting and monitoring the field work during the second Pilot Census. The trainings will take place from 14 September to 1 October 2021, and it will be divided in three stages based on three categories of trainees: supervisors, controllers and enumerators. The focus of these trainings is the roles and responsibilities of the staff engaged in the field work, the terminology and the method that will be used, the usage of tablets and the process of filling out the electronic survey, working with maps, logistics and proper administration of data collecting, communication, ethics, statistical confidentiality and data protection.
