In accordance with the Census Strategy, built with the assistance of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and in order to successfully implement it, INSTAT has set up the organizational structure of Census. Working groups have also been set up to determine the implementation of the project. In order to implement the technical aspects of the project, the IPA Unit has been put into operation, which is responsible for programming, implementation and monitoring of the project.
