During the second and third quarters of 2020, meetings were organized, as well as communications between the top management of INSTAT, CFCU and EUD to discuss the effects of the pandemic on the implementation of the Direct Grant that INSTAT has received, as well as the possibility of postponing the Census of Population and Housing in 2022. This postponement comes not only due to the influence of force majeure and methodological changes that occur as a result of them, but also because 2021 is an electoral year.

For this reason, analyzing the current situation, INSTAT together with the technical assistance team is working on the review of the activity plan, budget, strategic document of Cenuss and the preparation of the risk matrix, documents which will be sent to the Contracting Authority / CFCU as well as the EUD.
