Project results: To support INSTAT to build-up and strengthen the statistical system of Albania by providing a sustainable statistical data system that is important for the country on its strive to become a member of the European Union; To enable municipality administrations to fulfil their functions and duties in an efficient, effective manner by providing reliable statistical information;To set up key components of basic registers for specific administrative and statistical purposes, particularly on the regional and local level.
