A high-level meeting was held at the premises of the Institute of Statistics between INSTAT, the Ministry of Finance, and the Bank of Albania, in the framework of the assessment of Government Finance Statistics (GFS) and the Excessive Deficit Procedure (EDP).

The objective of this meeting was to strengthen inter-institutional coordination and to ensure further support for the harmonization process with the requirements of the European Union.

This activity represents an important step in the current phase of the development of official statistics, directly contributing to the advancement of the European integration process.
