On September 24, 2025, the Institute of Statistics (INSTAT) and the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA) signed a cooperation agreement aimed at developing the capacities of public administration employees in the field of official statistics through the organization of integrated trainings.

This agreement was signed by the heads of the two institutions, the Director General of INSTAT, Ms. Elsa Dhuli, and the Director General of ASPA, Mr. Oltjon Muzaka.

The main areas of cooperation include combining resources and expertise to deliver joint trainings in the field of statistics, designing dedicated curricula on statistical topics for public administration, as well as jointly organizing trainings to strengthen the capacities of public administration employees and other individuals outside the civil service, in the field of statistics.

This cooperation aims not only to strengthen the professional skills of public administration employees but also to enhance the quality of the use of official statistics.
