Births, deaths and marriages
Births and Deaths Based on the statistical data on births it is obvious that their number has decreased. The reasons of this decrease can be many, but below we mention three of them: High emigration of the population in fertile ages; Increase of the mean age of marriage for men and women alike; The use of contraceptive methods As for the statistical data of deaths we can notice that during the last decade their number has remained relatively stable. Migration and migrant integration
Migration is important component, which has a significant impact on the population number. Based on indirect methods, an estimated number of Albanian emigrants during the inter-censual period was computed. The population projection for 2011-2031 period, foresee an increase of the net migration even though it will remain negative during the whole period.
Population projections inform on the future number, demographic structure and territorial distribution of inhabitants under the most plausible assumptions of trends in demographic behaviour. They are of interest for the society at large as a basis for planning of social and economic development and market research
Crimes and criminal justice
Crime statistics presents data, mainly by focusing in each stage of justice system, Police-Prosecution-Ministry of Justice and Prison. This module contains data on criminal offences, perpertrators and danmaged persons by criminal offences; data on convicted persons and prisoners.
Culture and Sport
The culture statistics contain statistical data on the cultural activities of theaters, galleries, cinemas, museums, libraries, ballet, ensemble, children's cultural center and also contains data for the number of visitors and performances to this art institutions.
Gender and age equality
Gender statistics are a field of statistics which passes through traditional fields to reflect the differences or inequalities of the situation of men and women in all areas of life. The data collected and disaggregated by gender stereotypes taking into account stereotypes and social and cultural factors that may lead to unequal gender-based treatment.
