Definition

Room: A room is defined as a space of a housing unit of at least four square meters such as normal bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms and habitable cellars, attics, kitchens and other separated spaces used or intended for dwelling purposes with a high over two metres and accessible from inside the unit.

Operational Definition

Are not considered as rooms: kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, umbrellas, wall cupboards or wineries, wc and balconies.If two or more families reside in the same dwelling, only the number of rooms that the chosen family is in use should be noted. Shared rooms will be included,
