The Call For Proposals for the United Nations World Data Forum 2020 launched on 2 December 2019 and will run through 31 January 2020. The Forum will take place in Bern, Switzerland from 18-21 October 2020 and will be hosted by the Swiss Federal Statistical Office. This will be the third edition of this event and will seek to build upon the success of the previous two by bringing together data and statistical experts from around the world to explore innovative ways to apply data and statistics to measure global progress and inform evidence-based policy decisions on the 2030 Agenda, contribute to important discussions on improving the use of data for sustainable development and launching new initiatives and solutions that will deliver better data for all.
